So I have joined The YMCA and have faithfully been going to the gym 5 days a week. I do the treadmills and the nautilus machines. Once my oldest is done with school for the summer, I am going to join a couple of classes for working out with my stomach. My stomach is my worst area, in my opinion.

So far I have lost 7lbs and have kept it off!! Seven pounds isn't not a lot considering it has taken me about 2 months to get there but at least I am 7 less than I used to be. Hopefully with the gym, I'll be able to average 1-2lbs a week. I think it is a healthy way!!

So yeah for the Y and for losing some weight!!
