So I have joined The YMCA and have faithfully been going to the gym 5 days a week. I do the treadmills and the nautilus machines. Once my oldest is done with school for the summer, I am going to join a couple of classes for working out with my stomach. My stomach is my worst area, in my opinion.
So far I have lost 7lbs and have kept it off!! Seven pounds isn't not a lot considering it has taken me about 2 months to get there but at least I am 7 less than I used to be. Hopefully with the gym, I'll be able to average 1-2lbs a week. I think it is a healthy way!!
So yeah for the Y and for losing some weight!!

Spark People
I am trying out Spark People. It is a free program where The Biggest Loser cost's $20.00 a month... Well see how it works. I'm hoping it'll help some.
I've also been drinking a lot more water and only maybe one Dr. Pepper a week. I bought one today at Burger King and brought it home. I set it on the counter while I was doing dishes. I was taking small sips at a time. My youngest came in and saw the two pops on the counter, daddy had his coke next to mine, and happily grabbed my pop. He then accidentally dropped it and it spilled EVERYWHERE!!
I think that was a sign to continue to stay away from pop! What do you think? *smile*
